Our client currently has an excellent opportunity for a Café Manager to be based in Inverness. This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months.

Reporting to the Commerce Manager you can expect your working day to include the following:
• As a café manager you will manage the day-to-day operations of the café, enabling the café to operate effectively and achieve its maximum trading potential.
• You will work with staff and volunteers to ensure that high standards of customer service is achieved at all times.
• Preparing the café for opening and closing - including food preparation, serving food to a high standard, ensuring the café stays clean, organised and complaint with food safety standards.
