A well established restaurant and function venue is expanding and is seeking a candidate with a hands-on management style and the ability to multitask between 2 units. Do you have strong managing skills and a passion for kitchens?

Requirements:
• 5 years previous Sous / Head chef experience in a fast pace Restaurant environment
• Experience with advanced cooking techniques
• Be able to communicate, understand, read, and write the predominant language(s) of the trading area (English)
• Knowledge of service within the food and beverage sector
• Possess basic math skills
• Must have the stamina to work long days; weekends and evenings included, when required
• Computer literacy
• Must possess excellent staff management skills and be capable of leading a kitchen brigade
• Proven track record of mentoring and training staff on a continuous basis
