The Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) of MTC has the primary responsibility to set and guide the strategic initiatives for the human capital function and act as the strategic HR role for the organisation.

Responsible for directing MTCs Human Capital function and to advise EXCO and Board on all people related matters. The role is to assist and facilitate EXCOs decision making process in performing all necessary analysis, sensitivity scenarios and supporting research for the overall human capital functionality and development.
