The role of Area Network Manager involves overseeing and managing operations within a specific geographic area or region. Area Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of parcels and packages, as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :-
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the courier services drop point/ collection point/ outlet within the designated area. This includes supervising sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times. Improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.
