Join a leading company as a Project Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager at our unique Macclesfield campus. This dynamic site hosts operations, R&D, IT, and more, delivering engineering capital projects ranging from £10k to £5M. With about 60 projects annually, you'll work on diverse tasks, from new buildings to lab upgrades.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you'll develop cost estimates, manage budgets, and oversee contracts. You will:
• Develop Class D and Class B estimates using historic data.
• Provide detailed Basis of Estimate (BoE).
• Produce and update VoWD forecasts and manage spend reports.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and prepare funding documentation.
• Lead risk workshops and establish project reserves.
