Job Overview

Purpose: The primary objective of this role is to maintain and coordinate the Quality Systems at the Ilkeston site, ensuring the business adheres to all relevant quality and regulatory standards. This position ensures the company meets its obligations as a legal manufacturer of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Quality Investigation Reports and manage deviations, including the CAPA plan, at the Ilkeston Site.
• Regularly review all critical quality documents, systems, and procedures at the Ilkeston site to implement necessary updates.
• Maintain essential quality documents such as Quality manuals, SOPs, Quality Policies, and Audit Reports with the help of team members.
• Manage process improvement projects across the manufacturing site.
• Serve as the internal audit team leader.
• Support Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance processes to uphold quality standards and address issues.
