Our client is a leading multi award winning High End Residential Architectural Practice that is looking for an ambitious and detailed Technologist who thrives on dealing with a luxury product and has a real eye for detail. The career prospects are incredible and the work you will be involved with is second to none.

Ideally, you will be chartered and have worked within the residential sectors before and used to dealing with private and corporate clients.

You will have a sophisticated and contemporary design language that can be conveyed through detailed technical drawings.

Role and responsibilities:
• Produce detail space plans
• Developing detailed designs
• Produce detailed CAD drawing packages of GA plans, finishes plans and RCPs, lighting and bespoke joinery details
• Produce product specification documents
• Client, contractor and supplier liaison
• Overseeing site meetings with contractors and clients
