We are looking for a qualified HGV class 1 driver to join our fleet. We offer a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work overtime paid at time and one third after 50 hours. The roll is for dayshift Tuesday to Saturday however on-call, night working, and nights away (50%+ of working week) will be required as part of this role and will be compensated for.

Due to the nature of our business, drivers will be expected to be flexible and motivated with the ability to work as part of a larger team as well as self-manage.

Main duties include (but are not limited to):

· Undertake driving tasks in line with AETR & WTD rules within mainland UK.

· Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

· Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles.

· Ensuring loads are safely secured.

· Ensure required paperwork is completed.
