In this role you will provide clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement to GP/primary care network (PCN) pharmacy teams across the integrated care area (ICA). You will be engaging and dynamic in order to support integration with community pharmacy and provide clinical input for future commissioned community pharmacy services to the primary care team of the CIOSICB. A key aspect of this role is to ensure high-quality, cost-effective prescribing and medicines management across GP practices, prioritising the CIOSICB medicines optimisation agenda, the cost improvement programme and financial recovery plan.
