The CIoS ICB is looking for a proven strategic commissioner to develop and implement the CIoS Work and Health Strategy and to lead the partnership delivery CIoS WorkWell programme.

In the coming years, finding effective ways of supporting people with health conditions or disabilities to access and stay in work will become ever more important. This role will be pivotal to ensuring that health and social barriers to labour market participation are minimised, by working across sectors to design and implement interventions that work for people and employers in sustaining a healthy work age population.

The Work and Health Programme Lead will be accountable for the development and implementation of the CIoS Work and Health strategy and will lead with partners the delivery of the CIoS WorkWell programme.
