Main responsibilities:

This position reports to Customer Engagement Sales Group Manager and regularly report to her/him.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Create sales strategies (plans) for their sales accounts to maximize winning opportunities.
• Manage own sales accounts (Large and small: 50+) and achieve target of booking effectively utilizing the sales pipeline.
• Forecast major prospects for accomplish sales target of individual customers and proceed.
• Manage customer information and own activities such as sales visits, sales plans etc. by utilizing CRM.
• Create and maintenance of action plans by sales accounts.
• Offer flexible solutions to customers with other teams.
• Implement Wake-up Actions for dormant customers.
• Perform other duties assigned to sales in a professional manner.
