Main Responsibilities:

Sales Support Operations Management

Support operations for Sales Engineers:
• Customer Relations, Quotations, Order processing, Coordination of internal and external delivery dates and shipments, etc.
• Coordination with other departments for customer orders and quotations such as information sharing for process, pricing, and delivery dates, etc.

Promote streamlining and standardization of sales administrative work:
• Improve and maintain sales administration processes.
• Review, implement, and manage the appropriate and efficient use ERP system and other tools within the company.
• Review and revise sales operations management documents.

Lead Sales Support Team:
• Assigning work to team members, Performance/Objectives management and review and Attendance management.
• Plan skill and knowledge development and improvement for the team members such as training plan.
