The Japan Sales Manager is responsible for directing all sales activities for the Japan region, developing and implementing plans in support of the business goals. The Sales Manager is required to develop and manage the Japan sales resources (approximately 30 members) to achieve both short and long-term objectives that are aligned with the Industrial Group business strategy. The Sales Manager will also be a member of the Japan Management Team (JMT), and thereby jointly responsible for the institutionalization of Moog’s culture, values and code of ethics in the Japan organization.
