Reports To: Materials Manager

Responsibilities And Duties
• You are one of the team responsible for the delivery of parts and services to our customers.
• You will liaise with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure on-time delivery for all parts and services.
• You will expedite open orders, purchases, and repairs to achieve on-time delivery.
• Raising and processing Invoices/shipping invoices.
• Process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Exchange Orders, and Repair Orders in accordance is Company procedures.
• You should coordinate with shipping agents when instructed and necessary.
• Follow up with customer satisfaction surveys when required.
• Demonstrate, develop, and maintain excellent stakeholder/supplier relationships with people at all levels.
• Adhere to Gamit Limited’s processes and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to Export Control regulations where relevant.
• Liaise with the Accounts Department for invoicing queries and follow up when required.
