Job Overview

Gamit is an SME-sized Aviation company based near Stansted Airport. A new vacancy for a sales/purchasing professional has come up in our busy materials department. The role is to assist and support the materials team in rotatable and consumable part sales, procurement, and some management of repairs of spare parts.

Responsibilities And Duties
• Grow and enhance relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales on existing accounts and secure new business from airlines and private operators.
• Hold regular meetings with clients and suppliers over the phone or online.
• Negotiate and collaborate to secure the best prices from existing and new suppliers to provide the best possible quotes for customers.
• Use confident communicational skills to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder/supplier relationships with people at all levels.
