As a Recruitment Officer at Our Place Group, you will be in change of the key following tasks: Arranging and co-ordinating interviews. Onboarding and arranging the associated welcome to the organisation. Administering all new starter and maintaining personnel files. Be accountable for the whole recruitment lifecycle for all positions. Preparing and production of documentation for audit and inspection purposes by Ofsted and associated external bodies. Safeguarding through safer recruitment practices. Embrace and promote the Our Place Group principles & values. Skills Required : The ability to work under pressure in challenging circumstances.
