• * LEGAL ASSISTANT IN PRIVATE CLIENT NEEDED **

We are looking for a legal assistant/paralegal to join our high street firm of solicitors in Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1AB.

The role involves:
• assisting our Private Client solicitor with the day to day running of the busy Wills and Trusts department.
• managing the opening of files, scanning in of documentation, writing to companies and beneficiaries and generally keeping the matters in good order whilst they progress (all the usual stuff).
• using our digital dictation system to transcribe dictations, managing incoming calls and attending client meetings both on and off site.
• using our Case Management System effectively to maintain high-quality and organised files (both paper files and digitally).
• office based and full time.

The role would suit:
• someone who is diligent, hard-working, efficient and organised.
