G’s produce the finest quality salads and vegetables, supplying to all the major UK and many European retailers. Our Cambs Farms operations produce both Conventional and Organic Salads and has an exciting opportunity to join our farm management team in Cambridgeshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Salads Crop Manager who has a strong focus on growing and overall farm management. The role will also require the ability to lead and develop while working with market leading agronomy, and machinery advances.

Key responsibilities for our Farm Manager:
• Day-to-day management of the growing operation.
• Day-to-day managing of all field teams within the area, land prep, planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
• All relevant crop husbandry, working closely with farm agronomists.
• Daily interface with harvest teams, updating on quality, availability, and crop utilisation.
