As the Finance Business Partner for G’s Fresh Salads, you will provide financial decision-making guidance to the businesses to support growth and profitability within a fast-paced commercial environment. Our Finance Business Partner will be collaborating with internal stakeholders, they will support them in interpreting financial results and information to provide insight that drives decision making towards the achievement of the businesses goals.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
• Proactively engage, challenge and influence with stakeholders and snr budget holders within the business to generate a thorough understanding of their business unit and the impact on the wider business. Use that knowledge to create optimal financial reporting structure and support the budget holder in producing robust forecasts and budgets in line with their business plans.
