An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Project Administrator to join the HR systems implementation team at our head office in Barway, Cambs.

This position is to support the transition into our new HR Information System with data cleansing tasks.  Our ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, as many tasks are repetitive yet highly important. You should be comfortable spending time in front of a laptop, reviewing, cleansing and updating data.

Role Responsibilities of our Project Administrator:
• Data Review and Cleansing - reviewing records for accuracy and completeness, identify duplicate records, updating outdated or incorrect information to ensure data consistency.
• Attachment verification - veryifying attachments are correctly linked to the respective employee records and organising.
• Data Mapping Assistance - mapping data fields from the old system to the new system.
