Working in a team environment, the Project Support Coordinator supports the Portfolio Planning and Program Implementation teams by providing project support for research, planning, reporting, logistics and administration services as required throughout all stages of capital project delivery.
• Supports the Portfolio Planning and Program Implementation teams by providing project support for research, planning, reporting, logistics and administration services as required throughout all stages of capital project delivery.
• Assists Project Managers and drafting to produce complete and accurate project records including IFC drawings, Redline drawings, As-built drawings, Manuals and Reports.
• Provide administration support to the Projects and Engineering division such as by scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and reconciling purchasing card transactions
