Field Operator

The Field Operator reports to the Lead Field Operator, and understands and executes company objectives and policies within their area. Operators perform work duties and follow all policies, procedures, and processes. This is a 14/14 rotation, fly in/out from Edmonton or Calgary, camp accommodations provided.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Job Duties:
• Ensure field operations follow health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and processes;
• Participate in safety and environmental inspections at facilities and wells.
• Assist foreman and safety coordinator on safety initiatives as they arise.
• Provide feedback on regulatory non-compliance issues
• Ensure Harvest and regulatory policy and procedures are followed.
• Attend Area Safety meetings as required
• Participate in audit related activities of operations to improve overall efficiencies;
