The Role

To support the senior future programmes design engineer for development and resilience programmes with the preparation of models and drawings for various pieces of customised equipment.

Role Responsibilities:
• Production of engineering drawings and bills of materials in support of site engineering programmes.
• Correct application of BS 8888 and ISO9001. In accordance with internal sign off procedures.
• Correct application of materials and tolerances for the purposes of form fit and function.
• Liaising with Product, Process and Manufacturing engineers to support their process and equipment requirements.

What BAE Systems are looking for, from you:
• Proficient user of Siemens NX CAD software and Teamcenter PLM software.
• Selection and application of one off and batch production processes, for customised equipment.
• Understanding of practical application of design for assembly processes.
