KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carry out in-process and end-of-line inspections of products
• Create or update inspection work standards as necessary to minimize build risks
• Log build defects, determine necessary containment actions, and ensure their timely implementation
• Evaluate rejected parts and lead meetings for disposition decisions
• Actively participate in daily production meetings to address and contain build issues
• Lead and document containment activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• GCSE's/A-levels or equivalent qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing.
• Practical understanding of Lean manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret Engineering drawings and bills of materials
• Experience with Global 8D problem-solving methodology

BENEFICIAL:
• Lean Sigma Yellow Belt qualification
• Experience with a variety of hand tools
• Stacker and/or fork-lift licence
