Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the specification of the Head Chef

The ideal candidate will have a positive hands on approach, have good communication skills and be able to work well under pressure, we are looking for a team player with a broad experience of all aspects of food preparation through all departments of kitchen and a passion to produce quality food., You will hold level 2 Hygiene certificate and be able to ensure a high levels of food hygiene throughout in accordance with food safety guideline

Work well with all Staff and demonstrate a positive approach to all aspects of the job, we are looking for a "Team player"

The ideal candidate will have:

Great cooking skills, with at least 2 year's experience

The ability to maintain calm under pressure and deal with issues in a positive manner

The ability to prepare and run various sections of the kitchen appropriately

Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times
