STORE MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring smooth workflow in the store.
• Hire, train, and assess store employees’ productivity and performance.
• Daily opening and closing of the store as and when required checking the opening and closing cash balance.
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store stock and Store operations.
• Stockholding and monitoring of the stock levels.
• Drive sales and control costs to ensure that sales and profit targets are achieved.
• Motivation and training of store employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote best practices within the shop.
• Ensure that stock is properly managed and rotated in accordance with the latest guidance.
• Review weekly sales and action any required layout changes.

Salary: £38700 (Per Annum)
