Job Overview:

Duties will include:
• Managing customer database and researching potential clients
• Maintaining contact and developing a long term relationship with clients
• Generation of sales leads from the database
• Production of proposals/quotes/certificates
• Managing order process and entry onto our servers
• Issuing RAMS and any other required documentation such as permits
• Liaise with Ops Manager regarding works calendar
• Compose and submit reports on job completion using our bespoke documentation
• Management of staff holiday/sickness planner
• Occasional booking of hotels using our business booker tool

As can be seen, there are mainly sales related tasks with the addition of some administrative tasks.

Skills Required

Decent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel and experience in CRM database management and appointment setting. Our sales process is medium to long term.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
