Job Title: R&D Technologist

Location: Cambridge, GBR, CB216GS

Duration: 11 Months Contract

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

- 90-100% lab based position focusing on the generation of new plasmids for the expression of complex biological molecules.

- DNA sequencing processing and assessment.

- Culture mammalian cell lines in flasks and small-scale bioreactors and perform analytical procedures such as high throughput protein quantification, and others, as required by the project. -Prepare media and feeds from basal components.

- Write high-quality reports about the project and present the findings to R&D team.

- Keep electronic laboratory notebooks to a high standard and contribute to the routine maintenance of the laboratory space and equipment.

- Confident with computers and willing to learn automation.
