Duties
• Provide technical guidance and policy directions related to budgeting, programming, and funds management of the Japan Engineer District's military programs.
• Develops and reviews detailed Host Nation program budgets, cost estimates, and reports.
• Allocate and monitor Host Nation Program Funds.
• Reviews obligations and expenditures maintained in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).
