Duties
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the agency's data storage and processing systems.
• Responsible for operation and administration of servers supporting file/print services, application services, database services, virtualization services, antivirus systems, and related data processing and storage systems.
• Assists the Team Leader to plan, organize and execute data processing and storage work projects.
• Perform routine systems administration tasks such as server backup, file and system recoveries, account management, server share configuration, server installation and configuration, scheduled maintenance checks, audits, and preventive maintenance.
• Serves as Tier 3 Customer Support technician, resolving customer outages or problems escalated from the Help Desk that require advanced technical skill, research, or coordination with outside agencies.
