Duties
• Provides services to the District's portfolio of projects such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, and risk assessment
• Serves as the District Project Controls Specialist responsible for management, control, development, coordination and execution of assigned programs and their documentation requirements to ensure data/document management.
• Develops and trains district staff in Project Management Business Processes (PMBP) and related software systems (Primavera P3e, Primavera, My Primavera, and Oracle Projects).
• Tracks trends in resource usage and evaluates all District projects to ensure they are conducted within the capacity of the organization.
