Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to children with complex needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with the development of social skills and independence.
