Customer Service Advisor8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday£23,000-£26,000, Kirkby in Ashfield Office based.Are you friendly, customer focused and motivated? If you are looking for a new opportunity within Customer Service, we have a fantastic opportunity to join an esteemed family-owned manufacturing business based in Nottingham. Due to growth within the business, we are looking for a resilient and personable Customer Service Advisor to complement our current team. No two days are ever the same within this role, and due to the B2B nature of the company - you would be managing key accounts for the business and contributing to the ordering process.The Role:
• Answering inbound queries via phone and email
• Outbound dialling to resolve queries.
• Order processing
• Deal with general enquiries
• Liaising internally with other teams within the business.
• Credit control
