We have a new exciting opportunity!

Due to expansion they are looking for a Recruitment Booking Co-ordinator to join their team in Dover, Kent.

They’re looking for a fun passionate individual, who is interested in helping to grow the business by securing excellent candidates.

Role Responsibilities:
• Initial telephone calls with prospective candidates to discuss roles and processes.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interview, and managing a base of candidates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
• Promoting new opportunities via social media and job boards

Experience & Qualities :
• Minimum 1 year experience of recruitment
