About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager looking to step up into a newly created Head of Finance role at Bluebird Care. You will have the opportunity to lead the day to day finance function of one of the leading home care providers in the UK and Ireland. Working closely with the new Finance Director and with lots of exposure to the wider Executive team, you will take the lead on all day to day internal finance functions and support our 230 franchise owners. Additionally, you will ensure all reporting requirements are met for our US private equity owners.

Responsibilities
• To lead the UK&I day to day finance function, including one direct report, including actuals reporting, budgeting, forecasting, detailed transactions reviews, payroll, tax related matters, statutory audits and reporting to the UK Executive team and US private equity owner
