To provide high quality administrative support to the Moving and Handling team and external clients. This includes acting as first point of contact for all Moving and Handling queries and correspondence, collating and maintaining accurate and timely training records for analysis and general administrative support to the Moving and Handling Department.

Collating and inputting data and general administrative support to the Manual and Handling Department. The role will also include customer service support, appointment reminders and reception duties, managing training trainer diaries.

The post holder will support the Moving & Handling Senior Co-ordinator in meeting the objectives and service plans for the team.
