We are now looking for a Care Supervisor to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals at Bluebird Care Wiltshire North.

You will act as a role model and coach for our Care Assistants and help support our customers with all aspects of their day-to-day life.

Responsibilities of the Care Supervisor include:
• Supporting the Registered Manager the Customer Care and Live-in Care Manager with the efficient running and supervision of Care Assistants and support workers within a designated area
• Carry out risk assessments before each service commences
• Keep care and support plans up to date
• Create a written, individually tailored plan of care and support that respects each customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy
