The Executive Site Leader is responsible for developing a vision and leading site-wide operations at GE Healthcare’s site around GE Healthcare imperatives, and meeting all operational defined targets such as safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people. The site-wide scope includes a large multi-modality and multi-high tech products plant-manufacturing operations and broader site management responsibilities. To run the overall site however, the site leader will collaborate with a broader set of teams (e.g. Facilities, Engineering, Office Operations, Service, etc.) who will report into their specific function, but who play a vital role in driving various site-wide initiatives (incl.
