An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities Catering services team at Royal Glamorgan Hospital. The role will involve supporting the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering catering services to patients, staff and visitors in accordance with the Health Board Food Safety policy and all related and relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
The post holder will work either as part of the ward based catering team or as part of the dining room/coffee shop staff and will be responsible for food preparation or regeneration, meal service and cleaning of all catering areas.
The post holder will be required to comply with pre-determined policies and procedures which will ensure compliance with legislative procedures.
In addition the post holder must be able to follow work schedules competently without supervision (although supervisory support is readily available).
