• Start Date: Asap
• Role: Permanent, Full Time
• Salary: £25,483 - £26,907
• Culloden, Inverness

Tools / Equipment:
• Fully equipped commercial catering kitchen
• EPOS tills and chip & pin machines
• Stock ordering systems

Required Skills & Experience:
• Using fresh products and ingredients to prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
• Intermediate F&H certificate qualification preferred
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to be a part of a busy team, promoting a positive and motivated atmosphere

Responsibilities:
• Deliver a high-quality food
• Contribute to menu development, making creative, practical and cost-effective choices.
