The Company

My client is successful, dynamic and growing contracting business who work within Rail & Civils Infrastructures.

They are currently growing year on year in the UK and have a healthy turnover.

As a result of increased workload, and a significant major projects they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for a £15m tunnelling & concrete waterproofing project in Chipping Norton.

The Role

Responsible for:

Overall financial, contractual and legal contract of their projects.

Knowledge & understanding of our obligations under the Contract.

Maximise Value Recovery and cash.

Measurement and valuation for regular change manegemtn

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Operating using NEC option B.

Manage the administration function.

Attend contract handover meeting.
