Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating / collaborating with colleagues and supplier partners ensuring we maintain a customer first approach to the delivery of facility services at all times

• Having a clear understanding of engineering systems, mechanical and electrical, fire and public health design standards and engineering systems operation and maintain comprehensive technical records at all times

• Act as first response for on incidents, coordinating technical response from maintenance contractor and liaise directly with service desk, Technical Operations team and SLT.

• Having / supporting a clear understanding of both technical standards and emergency engineering procedures in support of task management and subsequent delivery, maintaining comprehensive up to dates records at all times
