Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this position provides employment, labour market and career related services to employers, community stakeholders and a variety of other client groups. This position works to identify human resources related issues/challenges and assists in the development of strategies to solve these issues/challenges (i.e., training, job fairs, wage subsidies, etc.). This position works closely with the Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism to support employers with provincial immigration initiatives, including the Job Vacancy Assessment process and the Atlantic Immigration Program employer registration.
