What You’ll Be Doing
• The management of in-house FM (Facilities Management) Investment Delivery engineers required to deliver the Capital, Revenue and Direct to Contract facilities and infrastructure investments
• Responsible for compliance with the necessary SHE arrangements associated with the planning, design, construction and handover of facilities and infrastructure, to ensure a safe and compliant delivery
• Responsible for supporting the competitive commercial/procurement process in regards supplier selection and leading the day-to-day performance management and monitoring of any appointed Bought Out Service or Contractors
