Job title: Warehouse Logistics Team Leader

Location: Cowes – Isle of Wight

Salary: Up to £39,000 dependant on skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing
• Consistent daily usage of the ERP system SAP to facilitate warehouse stock management
• Management of Team’s Skills capability, enforcing a right first time culture
• Compliance internal BAE Systems & Financial Requirements – where applicable
• Complete accurate project bookings and cost capture, Expediting urgent requirements within the area
• Provide local leadership, managing team’s absence & performance within a high performing culture
• Identify opportunities to drive efficient delivery within area of control through use of process improvement methodology

Your Skills And Experiences
• Usage of a warehouse management ERP preferably within SAP is essential
• Hold experience of managing teams within a related capacity
