Replenishment Manager
• Propose the optimum orderingquantity to balance supplier and storage costs for Majid Al FuttaimRetail
• Assist with the implementation of theperformance management process by setting objectives, monitoringperformance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputsto senior management
• Control the evolution ofout of stock for the DC assortment and take appropriate actions toreduce it
• Anticipate the stock of products tobe expired and take appropriate actionsaccordingly
• Participate with the managementteam to definition of the logistics strategic plan, and to reviewand maintain the SKU demand profiles
• Providementorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talentpipeline for key roles
• Perform the tracking ofthe orders sent by supplier to minimize the lead time toDC
• Monitor the supplier service levels andperform regular performance reviews with suppliers with actionsplans
