The Role

Provide a customer care presence across our social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Trust Pilot. Ensuring that you are able to run reports and provide Insights to relevant Stakeholders inside and outside the Team,

Responsibilities

Generate, edit and publish content that builds meaningful connections and grows brand advocacy

Monitor social networking platforms to endure positive buzz is addressed and reported

Embody our brand values and act as a brand advocate within the online environment

Be the voice of the customer for the business by disseminating information to drive improvements

Support and educate customers to find the information they need, when they need it
