Night Warehouse Section Manager - Nelson Main Site - Competitive Annual Salary

About The Role

The purpose of the role is to ensure a safe and efficient operation of your designated area of the Despatch Operation. You will develop and manage your team to complete the required tasks in a timely manner to achieve a ‘Tour Ready’ Warehouse and optimise output to the highest quality.

What You Will Do

Health and Safety / Food Safety:
• Ensure that standards of health and safety, hygiene and security are maintained.
• Ensure that all warehousing HSE and legislation requirements are adhered to.
• Educate and coach the team to adopt and embrace Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures, ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.
• Develop customer focused, food obsessed approach to product quality ensuring required standards are achieved at all times.
