About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised Night Transport Manager to join the Transport team at Harlow. As a Transport Supervisor, you will supervise the overall activities of the Harlow Transport team, ensuring all vehicle departures, driver’s paperwork and any last-minute changes are handled in an efficient manner.

What You Will Do

Logistics Management
• Ensure drivers have the correct paperwork when departing the depot
• Check the completion of all driver’s paperwork on their return to depot
• Data inputting as per transport departments requirements
• Prepare and checking drivers’ paperwork
• Ensure vehicles leave the depot at the designated time
• Ensure drivers are legal before they depart the depot

Health and Safety
• Enforce all HSE requirements and conduct investigations for anyone failing to follow these
• Ensure all relevant Transport and Health and Safety compliance and legislation is communicated, understood, and adhered to your team
