Liverpool Early Help Service are recruiting 2x Consultant Social Workers to support practice improvement in the Early Help Hubs.

The successful candidates will be undertaking audits of case work completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers to support practice development.

The audits will focus on the childs lived experience as well as quality and impact of practice to promote practice improvement across the service.

Feedback will be provided on an individual basis to support learning and development with individual staff, and the candidates will also collate thematic findings in audit reports to be shared across the service.

Essential Requirements
• Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
• At least 5+ years' experience as a social worker within children's services
• Social Work England Registration
• Driving license and access to own vehicle
